Just remember to contact us after submitting a request, and at least 24 hours before your service date. Refund of the difference will only be honored after a Gawin service has been completed and paid for.
*Difference will be refunded via cash (exact difference) or Gawin Voucher (2x of the difference)

Terms and Conditions
1. Our "Lowest Price Guarantee" applies to submitted service requests only. You must provide us your Gawin Service Request ID, along with supporting documents in order to make a claim.
2. To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must apply:
- Must be provided by a valid business entity available in Philippines
- Must be for the same exact service
- Priced in Philippine Peso (PHP)
- The service must be available on the exact same date, and cannot be a limited time offer
- The service's price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint or sale price
3. Gawin will only price match the base price, excluding any add-ons or variations. The competing service must be the same as what Gawin offers at the base package price.
4. Refund of the difference can be obtained by:
- Cash for the exact difference or,
- Gawin voucher for 2x the difference.
5. Refund of the difference will only be honored after a Gawin service has been completed and paid for.
6. Gawin has the rights to determine the validity of any submitted claim.
7. "Lowest Price Guarantee" cannot be combined with other promotions.
8. Acceptable forms of supporting documents:
- Screenshots of the competing price for the same price; or
- A formal quotation with the business address and registration number clearly stated.
- Screenshots of conversations do not qualify.
- Screenshots of generic, non-customized quotations do not qualify
