At Gawin.ph, we take the quality and professionalism of vendors seriously. In an effort to deliver the best experience to our customers, the Gawin.ph Service Integrity System provides guidelines for addressing issues when we have not met customer expectations:
1. Vendors may be immediately suspended if they receive 3 consecutive negative reviews from customers.
2. Vendors may also be immediately suspended are items / property are damaged during the service. Gawin.ph reserves the right to suspend vendors at their discretion depending on the severity of the case.
3. Vendors may be suspended if they breach the Terms & Conditions set by Gawin.ph.
4. Vendors may be suspended if their average vendor rating falls below acceptable standards.
