1. New Web Interface
We’ve created a brand new interface that’s beautiful, faster and more intuitive to use. Long forms are history. Our new card-style questionnaire ensures that we capture and understand everything we need to know about your service needs. It’s faster, easier to use and equipped with an improved, elevated experience.
2. Notification Centre
Every quote and message you receive can be easily viewed in one place, making it faster and easier to get everything you need done. Never miss another interaction on Gawin again.
3. Request History
We know it can be difficult to trace service providers and other information from requests that you made earlier. Our new Request History tab in your personal Dashboard lets you quickly find and pull up all the information you need from past requests.
4. More chat features
We know how important interacting with services providers is to you. With this update, you get a brand new live chat interface so you can communicate more frequently and easily with service providers. You’ll love the faster loading times and that fresh new interface. We’ve also added the Emoji functionality so now you can express yourself a little better ;)
